Mission Statement [PDF]

Online Appointment, Prescribing System & Summary Care Access

With online services you can now access appointments, prescriptions and your summary care records, meaning that you can view a brief summary of your medical records. This will be by default activated for the newly registered patients for online services. For all other patients you can request this addition access by speaking to a member of reception team.

For those patients, who have registered, your systmonline details are valid through the appointment tab and then clicking on the Systmonline link. Therefore any prescription requests need to be made through here. The repeat prescription tab is a completely different system which was set up before we implemented our online services for appointments.  We apologise for any confusion this may have caused.
